The Best of the Deals with Coupons

Ingles Double Coupon Policy is different than most stores in the Metro Atlanta Area. You can only have up to two of the same product in one transaction. In order to have your coupons double (up to .50 face value) you must spend $10 before coupons for every three coupons you want doubled. For coupons above .50 face value will not double; therefore, the limits do not apply.

Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast $1.99/lb - Family Pack
.55/1 (7/20 S) OR $1/1 (Manufacturer's Coupon found in store several weeks ago)
This price is for the family pack, which are close to 3 pound packages. You won't get as much bang for your coupon buck on these, but even without coupons this is still a good price. The butchers will divide these packages for you so that you can freeze the right portions for your family. (You still have to buy the whole package.)

Ingles Loss Leaders Week of September 7

I'm not sure, but I think that I spend more money at Ingles than either Publix or Kroger. Why? Because they usually have the best sale prices on meat (They have excellent customer service in the meat department too.) and good sale prices on produce (normal produce prices are a bit high).

Their double coupon policy is a bit more complex and creates for some interesting scenarios. I'll leave that for a subject for another day.
