National Museum Day is Saturday September 27. Participating museums around the country are offering two free admissions for the day. Since many of these museums already have free or reduced admission for children this looks like an opportunity for a fun and inexpensive outing!
To my surprise, there are several of participating museums in Georgia including many around the Metro Atlanta area. The online form to request two free tickets and more details can be found here.
